1 November 2010 - Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif KPYPJ, En Abd 'Alim B. Abd Shukor telah berbesar hati melancarkan ekspedisi mendaki Gunung Kinabalu kepada pasukan 25 yang terpilih mewakili Kolej-kolej KPYPJ dan Kementerian. Semasa menyampaikan ucapan perasmian, beliau telah mengingatkan kepada semua peserta untuk fokus kepada mencapai sasaran mendaki gunung hingga ke puncak. Di akhir pelancaran Ketua Eksekutif KPYPJ telah berkenan menyampaikan bendera Johor kepada ketua ekspedisi, Mohd Asmadi Hj Alias sebagai simbolik dan penyuntik semangat kepada semua peserta ekspedisi tersebut.
KPYPJ Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Abd 'Alim B. Abd Shukor was pleased to launch an expedition to climb Mount Kinabalu to represent the KPYPJ colleges and the Ministry of Higher Education. While delivering his opening speech, he was reminded all participants to focus on achieving targets climbing to the top. At the end of his speech the Chief Executive has consented the Johor flag to the leader of the expedition, Asmadi Hj Mohd Alias to increase the spirit of all participants of the expedition.
