Budaya Makanan di Miri dan Bandar Seri Begawan







18-20 Januari 2011, satu lawatan kerja telah dibuat untuk membincangkan kerjasama di antara KPYPJ dengan Pelita Maslaut Sdn Bhd, sebuah agensi latihan maritim terkenal di Malaysia Timur. Lawatan ini diketuai oleh Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif KPYPJ iaitu En Abdul 'Alim B Shukor. Di samping perbincangan, rombongan berkesempatan meninjau makanan popular masyarakat setempat. Di antara menu yang popular adalah Nasi Lalapan, Mee Kolo, Sayur Midin, Tumpik, Nasi Katok, Nasi Goreng Kari dan Pecel Lele. Mungkin menu berkenaan sesuai dihidangkan di dalam kelas Eastern Cuisine di IHYPJ.

18 to 20 January 2011, a working visit was made to discuss cooperation between the Pelita Maslaut Sdn Bhd, a renowned maritime training agency in East Malaysia and KPYPJ. The visit is led by Chief Executive Officer of KPYPJ Mr. Abdul 'Alim B Shukor. In addition to the discussions, the delegation had the opportunity to enjoy some popular local food. Among the most popular menu are lalapan rice, Kolo Mee, Midin, Tumpik, Nasi Katok, Nasi Kari and Pecel Lele. Perhaps those menus are served in the future Eastern Cuisine Class in IHYPJ.
