Food Culture Exhibition




21 Mac 2010 - Seramai 75 orang pelajar Diploma Penyediaan Makanan dan Kulinari telah bertungkus-lumus untuk menjayakan Food Culture Exhibition pada hari ini di perkarangan Dewan Pelajar Institut Hospitaliti YPJ. Program ini dirasmikan oleh Pengarah IHYPJ, En Mohd Asmadi Hj Alias yang turut mengucapkan tahniah di atas penganjuran acara yang julung kali diadakan ini. Program ini turut diserikan lagi dengan kehadiran 70 orang tetamu dari Sekolah Menengah (T) Azizah dan juga bakal guru-guru kemahiran hidup dari Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Acara ini telah berjaya menghidangkan pelbagai juadah daripada 17 buah negara antaranya Itali, United Kingdom, Russia, Jepun, Korea, Arab Saudi, Indonesia, India dan sebagainya. Tetamu yang hadir bukan sahaja dapat mempelajari budaya makananan pemakanan, malah mereka turut diberi peluang menikmati makanan yang disajikan pada hari tersebut. Di akhir majlis, pihak Sekolah dan UTM telah amat berbesar hati untuk memberi sokongan kepada IHYPJ melalui penyertaan progran dan acara dan juga melalui perkongsian maklumat di dalam bidang hospitaliti dan kulinari.


March 21, 2010 - A total of 75 diploma students in Food Preparation and Culinary studies have contributed for the success of Food Culture Exhibition today in its campus in Taman Tampoi Utama. This program was officiated by the Director of IHYPJ, Mr. Mohd Asmadi B Hj Alias ​​who also congratulated all the people for organizing this inaugural event. This program was also graced by the presence of 70 other guests from Sekolah Menengah Teknik Ibu Azizah and prospective teachers of 'kemahiran hidup' from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. This event has been successfully providing a variety of dishes from 17 countries including Italy, United Kingdom, Russia, Japan, Korea, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, India and others. Guests who attend not only to learn the culture of the participating countries but they were also given the opportunity to enjoy the food served on that day. At the end of the ceremony, the high school and the UTM was very pleased to support this program of IHYPJ and events and also will enhance collaboration through the sharing of information in the field of hospitality and culinary.
